In 2022, nature photographer Joseph Mills captured this image off the coast of Mauritius. The vibrant scene of surfers, palm trees, and sunlight in the photograph became the inspiration for the BA-238 dial design.
Unique dial design
To implement a wider range of color gradations, a hand-painted finish was applied to the decorative components. This finish provides highly saturated, pure, deep colors. This process involves applying paint to the dial multiple times, heating it, and then hand-polishing it.
Sapphire crystal case
It is equipped with a highly transparent sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating for excellent legibility, and the dial is protected by a Mohs hardness of 9 for superior durability.
Fluoroelastomer Strap
The high-elasticity fluoro rubber strap is soft, skin-friendly, breathable, and comfortable to wear, perfectly balancing excellent sports performance with urban style.

The BTOMIC warranty covers all manufacturing defects that occur within 24 months of a new purchase or 90 days for repairs.
Damage due to accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (e.g., case scratches, depleted batteries) is excluded. Please refer to the warranty certificate for detailed terms and conditions.

2. How do I request a repair?

However, for damage caused by accidents or if the warranty period has expired, charges will apply depending on the repair item.
