1. Warranty Service Introduction

2-Year Limited Watch Warranty

This 2-Year Limited Watch Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and provides rights separate from and in addition to rights provided by consumer protection law, including but not limited to those relating to defective goods. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to and do not supersede any rights provided by consumer law. Please note that the laws of the country in which you reside may grant you additional consumer rights beyond those described in this warranty.

This warranty is provided by BTOMIC GROUP LIMITED (“BTOMIC,” “us,” or “we”) and is valid for two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your sales receipt is required.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, this warranty covers only the watch movement, hands, and dial. If these components prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge for parts and labor.

Replacement Policy

In the event a replacement is necessary, BTOMIC cannot guarantee that the exact same model will be provided. If the original model is unavailable, we will replace it with a watch of equivalent value and similar style. The replacement watch will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or aging.
  • Water damage resulting from failure to follow handling instructions for the product's water resistance rating.
  • Products not purchased from an authorized retailer.
  • Battery replacement.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence by persons other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is also void if the serial number, product date code, or other tracking marks have been removed, altered, or defaced.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the above warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, conditions, or terms, express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed by BTOMIC.

BTOMIC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other legal theory, even if BTOMIC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that any limited remedy provided herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, BTOMIC’s total liability shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the product or the purchase price paid, at BTOMIC's sole discretion.

Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. If implied warranties cannot be fully excluded, then such warranties will be limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. To initiate a warranty or repair request

3.1 Warranty Service Procedure

To request warranty service, please send your watch, a copy of your purchase receipt, and a description of the problem to the After-Sales Service Center.

For service requests not covered by this warranty, the After-Sales Service Center may still perform the requested work for a fee, which may vary depending on the style of the watch and the type of service required. These fees are subject to change.

We strongly recommend insuring your parcel and ensuring that the watch is adequately protected during shipment. BTOMIC is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the product during shipment.

4. The product's warranty period has expired.

4.1 Service After Warranty Expiration

If the watch you purchased from BTOMIC or an authorized dealer is no longer covered by warranty and requires repair, you may send it to a designated service center. After reception, our technicians will assess the watch's condition and provide an estimate for the necessary repairs. You may also be responsible for the shipping costs to return the watch.
