3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Point of Origin

We operate multiple fulfillment warehouses in the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and Hong Kong. Once an order is confirmed, we determine the most appropriate shipping origin based on the delivery address, flight availability, and customs clearance requirements.

3.2 Customs and Import Duties

In some cases, customs duties or import taxes may be levied. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot act as a customs broker. For further assistance with customs issues, please contact service@btomic.kr.

If you receive a request from customs authorities to complete customs clearance procedures, please handle it promptly. We are not responsible for any damages incurred due to customs delays.

3.3 Delivery and Handover to Local Carriers

Once your package arrives in the destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to our local logistics partners such as DHL, CJ Korea Express, Lotte Global Logistics, or other carriers, depending on the provided delivery address.
