How can I order a BTOMIC watch?

You can easily select and purchase a BTOMIC watch from the online store on our official website. After choosing your preferred style, click “Add to Cart” and follow the instructions to complete your payment. All orders can be tracked through the website.

What payment methods do you accept?

For our global customers, we offer a variety of safe and convenient instant payment and installment payment options, including:

Credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, etc.), Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and more. We also support cryptocurrency payments via USDC.

How can I check the status of my order?

After logging in to your BTOMIC account, navigate to the "Order History" section of the "My Account" page to view the detailed status of all your orders (e.g., processing, shipped, completed).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted, our system immediately begins processing it.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately (Email:service@btomic.kr). We will do our best to help you. However, please note that if the order has already entered the packing or shipping stage, it will not be possible to intercept it.

What should I do if the email address or shipping address I entered at checkout is incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with your order number (Email: service@btomic.kr) so we can help you amend the information as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, changes will not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer? What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over ₩75,000, with standard delivery times. If you have a preferred carrier or require specific delivery times, please contact our customer service team to inquire about additional costs and options.

Where is it being sent from?

Products purchased through this website are shipped from one of our warehouses located around the world. The actual shipping location is determined by the buyer's shipping address, and we select the shipping location based on factors such as distance, shipping costs, and customs procedures.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use the link in the email to access our logistics partner's website and check the real-time delivery status.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

What is your return policy?

If you choose not to keep your online purchase, BTOMIC will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund or an exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 30 days of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure all the following conditions are met:
1. Return Period: Submit your online return request within 30 days of the order delivery date.

2. Product Condition: The returned item must be unused, in new condition, with all original tags and protective labels attached, and in its complete original packaging.

3. Special Note: Items with customizations such as engravings, prints, or size alterations, or items showing signs of use or damage, cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please email us at “Contact Us”.

Please provide proof of purchase and product information, and our customer service team will guide you through the appropriate resolution process.

I received damaged goods.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Please contact us at "Contact Us" via email with your order number and photos/videos of the defective product within 48 hours of receiving your order. After confirmation, we will process a free exchange or refund, and we will cover the related shipping costs.

How long does a refund usually take to process?

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be reissued to the original payment account, and the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer or payment platform.

Would an exchange be possible?

When returning an item to the After-sale Service Station for an exchange, the following regulations apply: If the returned item's value is less than the item being exchanged for, a credit card will be required to pay the difference. If the returned item's value is greater than the item being exchanged for, an online refund for the difference will be processed.

Warranty and Repair

How do I care for my BTOMIC watch?

Daily care: Wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth.

Exposure precautions: Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, etc., to prevent corrosion.

Magnetic field precautions: Do not place the watch near strong magnetic fields such as televisions or audio equipment. This can affect the watch's time accuracy.

Water resistance information: Even if it is water-resistant, avoid wearing it in high-temperature and high-humidity environments (such as hot baths or saunas).

What exactly does the warranty policy cover?

BTOMIC warranty covers all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for 24 months for new products and within 90 days for repairs.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, depleted battery) is excluded. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the warranty card.

How do I request a repair?

To proceed with a repair, please contact us by email at “Contact Us” for full instructions. You must include a repair request, your contact information, a copy of your order confirmation as proof of product purchase, and your warranty.

Is there a charge for watch repair?

During the warranty period, malfunctions due to manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. However, if the watch is damaged due to accidental damage or if the warranty period has expired, a repair fee will be charged depending on the repair item. Specific costs will be communicated to you before the repair work begins.
