1. Scope of Return and Exchange Policy
1.1 Return and Refund Policy
Merchandise purchased from BTOMIC.KR may be returned in its original condition for an exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Return Procedure
Should you decide not to keep your online purchase for any reason, BTOMIC will gladly exchange or refund any product in its original condition within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
1.3 Return Requirements
All products being returned must be in their original resalable condition with all original packaging, certificates, and other enclosures. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted.
Any certificates accompanying the product must also be returned. Failure to do so will result in a $200 replacement fee. We may also charge you for any loss or damage to the presentation box of the product.
1.4 Return Restrictions
Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return. BTOMIC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions, at BTOMIC’s sole discretion.
1.5 Engraved or Special Order Products
Engraved or special order products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
1.6 Returns to Third-Party Authorized Resellers
Products purchased on the website cannot be returned (for refund or exchange) to third-party authorized resellers of BTOMIC products.
1.7 Exchange Procedure at After-Sale Service Centers
If you return a product for exchange at an After-Sale Service Station, the following applies:
- If the value of the returned product is lower than the product you are exchanging for, the difference in value will be charged to your credit card.
- If the value of the returned product is higher than the product you are exchanging for, an online refund will be processed for the difference in price.
1.8 Return Shipping Label Availability
Due to local carrier or logistical limitations, return shipping labels cannot be generated for some countries or regions.
In such cases, customers will be responsible for returning the merchandise to the designated return address at their own expense for return shipping.
Once the returned package is received, we will promptly process a full refund, including:
- The full purchase amount.
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer (upon submission of a valid shipping receipt).
The inability to generate a return shipping label does not affect the customer's right to return or a refund and does not signify a refusal to accept the return.
Customers must provide valid tracking information when returning merchandise. Refunds will be processed after the returned package has been successfully delivered to our return address.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Return Approval
Before returning an item, you must contact a customer service representative via email (between 9 AM and 6 PM Seoul time) through our "Contact Us" page to discuss specific details regarding your return, exchange, or refund request. Once the consultation is complete, please send the product to the nearest service center.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs and Recommendations
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will refund the return shipping costs.
We recommend that returned products be sent via insured parcel post with tracking. We also recommend that you purchase sufficient insurance to cover the product's purchase price. BTOMIC is not responsible for refunds or compensation if the return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund processing period will not exceed 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
